BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITX
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 41. 44. 200
the City of Renton elects to have transferred for its benefit ,
the Citys ' Statewide City Employees Retirement System
� released matching can�tributions in the total sum of $3500 . 00 to
be placed unto the appropriate account to provide credits for
certain City employees , as heretofore approved by the City Council ,
including prior service credits; together with appropriate credits
for elected officials who elect to be so covered effective on or
about December 1 , 1970 for such elected officials , and to cover
such City contributions for the balance of the calendar year 1970 .
