tjIHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for
the subdivision of a cQrtaixa----tpacrt- a£_land. a��e�e.inafter more
�gar'ticuJ.ar1�_de.srxibed; located within the Ci�y of Renton, h�s
heretofore been presented to and f iled with the City Council and
the City Plannin� Commission and it appearing that the preliminary
pZat has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Commission
after public hearin� thereon as provided by law; and
�IHEP�EAS after due investigation the Plannin� Commission
has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat
and said matter havin� come on for review before the Planning
Commission of the City of Renton at its public hearin.g, on or
about October 14, 1970 and the City Council having duly
approved said final plat at its regular meeting on October 26 , 1970
and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the pub].ic

North half of the Southeast Quarter of Sec . 30 , Twp . 23 N . ,
Range 5 E . , W.M. , in King County, Washington; subject to
utility easement to the Cit�� of i�enton as recorded under
Auditorts F'ile No . 6595689 in Vol . 232 , page 283 , records
of King County, Washington
