WHEREAS it is necessary to provide funds in the City' s
Urban Arterial Fund to make progress payments �ending receipt of
funds from the State Finance Committee, and
WHEREAS it is advisable and necessary to make the hereinbelow
specified loan, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : A loan is hereby authorized in the sum of up
to $ /� �G�� from the City of Renton Street Forward Thrust Fund

, Account No. 2000 unto the City' s Urban Arterial Fund Account No.
