RESOLUTION N0. ��aT
WHEREAS it is necessary to relocate a portion of the
presently existing transmission line located within Cedar River
Park, Renton, Washington, and
WHEREAS Puget Sound Power and Light Company has hereto-
fore agreed to release and vacate an existing easement in consider-
ation of a new easement to be grante3by the City of Renton in favor
of said utility and the Park Department having agreed to the granting
' of such easement, and same being in the public interest, NOW THEREFQRE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON A� FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City the attached
easement in favor of Puget Sound Power and Light Company, a Washington
corporation upon the terms and conditions therein specified.
SECTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record with the office of the King County Auditor that certain
"release of easement" exeucted by Puget �ound Power and Light Company,
a Washington Corporation.
