ORDINANCE NO. 4249
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
TITLE III (DEPARTMENTS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED
��CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON'� BY TRANSFERRING CHAPTER 8 (BONDS) AND C�iAPTER
9 (SALARIES) TO TITLE V (BUSINE88 REGULATIONS) , AND
RENAMING TITLE V ��FINANCE AND BUSINESS REGULATION3.��
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Chapter 8, Bonds, and Chapter 9, Salaries, of Title
III (Departments) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington, " are hereby
transferred to Title V (Finance and Business Regulations) and
assigned Chapter numbers 42 and 43 respectively. New Chapter 42 of
Title V shall be titled "Bonds, " and new Chapter 43 shall be titled
"Salaries. "
SECTION II. Title V (Business Regulations) of Ordinance No.
1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington, " is hereby amended to read as follows:
Title V (Finance and Business Regulations) .
SECTION III. This ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after publication.
