ORDINANCE N0. 4122
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AMENDI2JG
A PORTION OF SECTION 9-1106 OF TITLE IX (PUBLIC WAYS
AND PROPERTY) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
PREPARATION OF FINAL PLATS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : Existing subsection 3 D of Section 9-1106 is
hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 9-1106 3 D. Preparation of Final Plat. The final
plat shall be prepared by a licensed land surveyor and shall
conform to the preliminary plat as approved. A final plat may
constitute only a portion of an approved preliminary plat which
the subdivider proposes to record and develop at that time,
provided, however , that such portion of an approved preliminary
plat was approved as a phase of the �reliminary plat and contains
all necessary utilities, requir�d ingress and egress and other
plat improvements to stand alone should the remainder of the
preliminary plat not be constructed , and provided further ,
however, that such portion shall conform to all requirements of
these regulations.

ORDINANCE NO. 4122
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after publication.
