ORDINANCE N0. 4124
Ard ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 4-710, 4-711 AND 4-715 OF
TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS ) OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON" ADDING PERMITTED USES UNDER ZONING CATEGORIES
P-1 AND B-1 AND DELETING THE B-P ZONE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing subsection �B) 2 of Section 4 -710 of
Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby
amended by adding the following subsection:
Section 4-710 (B ) 2. ( c) : Retail services such as
concessions and rental facilities which are usually associated
with public parks and as recommended by the Renton Park Board.
SECTION II : Existing subsection (B) (1 ) ( c) of Section 4-711
of Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628
entitled , "Code of General Ordinances of the City of R�nton" is
hereby amended by adding the following subsection:
Section 4-711 (B ) (1 ) ( c) 22. : Private elementary and
secondary schools.
SECTION III: Existing Section 4-715 of Title IV (Building
Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted in its
entirety.
