' r . • �ti . d�� � /H� . , � RESOLUTION N0. /� 9� WHERFAS the City of Renton deems it in the public interest and for the public benefit to initiate the vacation of a portion of a certain street as hereinafter more particularly described, and to simultaneously therewith provide for the dedication of a certain area for street purposes so as to provide for the relocation of said street right�of..way, and these proceedings being had pursuant to RCW 35.79.010, et seq, NC1W THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY Z'HE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLC7WS: �"�,� � - �f-'2vt��2 SECTION I: That the.?A��rday of �� 1969, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. at the City Council Chambers in the City Hall , Renton, Washington, be and is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing on the vacation of the following � described portion of street, to-wit: �, ,, �� '*S�e Exhibit A�" at which time the Cit Council will also consider the dedication of a similar area Y for street purposes so as to provide f or the relocation of a portion of said street right-of-way as above described. _ _, , SECTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of said time and hearing as provided by law, as well as to the owners or repu�ted owners of all lots, tracts or parcels of land or other property abutting upon said street sought to be vacated; any and all persons interested therein or objecting to said vacation may then appear and be heard thereon, or they may file their written objections to the City Clerk prior to or at the time of the hearing on said vacation. '> - Q�.�!Cs{r�.�t. � + r� v EXHIBIT "�" Resolution 1598 � � ` That portion of 12th Place lying adjacent to Tract 40, 46B and 46C of Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly right-of-way line of said 12th Place, said point being 251.45 feet southerly of the southerly line of 12th Avenue North as measured along the easterly line of said 12th Place; thence southerly along said easterly line a distance of 85.72 feet more or less to the P.C. of a curve to the left having a radius of 75 feet; thence continuing along said curve a distance of 29.89 feet to the P.C, of a curve to the right having a radius of 50 feet; thence continuing along said curve a distance of 67.58 feet; thence cbntinuing on a bearing of N 89°24'14" East along the southerly line of said 12th Place a distance of 107.00 feet more or less to the easterly line of the public use area; thence no�therly along said easterly line a distance of 50.00 feet to the northerly line of said 12th Place; thence easterly on a bearing of N 89°24'14" East along said northerly line a distance of 104.56 feet thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 125 feet, said radius bearing S 80°50'00" East; thence continuing along the curve a distance of 49.81 feet; thence on curve to the left with a radius of 100 feet; radius bearing N 1°00'15" East; thence continuing along said curve 102.98 feet to the true point of beqinning.
