(e) Description of Local Improvement District See Exhibit "AT1 attached hereto. (b) Improvements: A pprox. Pipe S iae ON From To See ExYnbit "B" attached hereto. II and this action b the Cit Council i 'n III y y s i support of the Amended Petition for such improvement heretofore submitted unto the City of Renton. There sha 11 be incl uded in the f ore going the acQu is it ion and ins ta 11 a t ion of pipe, manholes all necessary ��#�I�i�{k1�d�d�� connections, eQuipment end eppurtenances, end the acquisition of any easemente, rights-of-way and land that mey be required; and th8re shall further be included the performance of such work as may be incidental a� necessary to the foregoing construction and installation. Tt�e City Council may� in its diacretion, modify and emend the deteils of the foregoing described improvement, including the financing thereof, where ia its ju8gment it appears advisable, provided auch modifications and amendments do not substantially . \ - 1 - ,, . , !r � '-� �' ' . t . A11 of the foregoing ah�ll be in accordance with the plans and specificationa therefor to be prepared by the City Engiueter of the City of Renton. SECTION II: The entire coat and expense of said improvement, unlesa hereafter timely modi€ied or amended by the City Council. shall be borne by end assessed againEt the property apeci.ally benefited by such itnprovement to be included in the local improv�ement district to be establfshed, embracing as near as may be all property specially benef ited by such improvement. There ahall be included in the cost and expense of sa id improvementa a1Z cost items specified in. RCW 35.44.020. $ECTION III: That all persons who may desire to object to the improvement herein described are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall� Renton, taash- ington, at 8:00 P.M. on February l� , 1969Which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters releting to said propQsed improvement and all objections thereto and for determining the method of paq�ent for said improvement. The City Clerk shall give notice of said tyaaring end safd propoaed improvement as required by law. SDCTION IV: Jack Glilson, City Engineer, or his duly authorized representative, is hereby directed to submit to the City Council, on or before the eforesaid hearing dste, ! all data and information required by law to be aubmitted, SECTION V: This Resolution supersedes Resolution #1589 heretofore passed and approved under date of December 16, 1968 .
