RESOLUTION NO . ,�D �
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat
for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter
more particularly described, located within the City of
Renton, has heretofore been presented to and filed with the
City Council and the City Planning Commission and it appearing
that the preliminary plat has heretofore been duly approved
by the Planning Commission after public hearing thereon as
provided by law; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning
Commission has considered and recommended the approval of
said final plat and said matter having come on for review
before the Planning Commission of the City of Renton at its
public hearing on or about January 22 , 1969 and the City Council
having duly approved said final plat at its regular meeting
on February 3 , 1969 and such approval being deemed proper and
advisable and in the public interest , NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, as follows :
SECTION I : The final plat heretofore submitted and
approved by the Planning Commission , pertaining to the following
described real estate , to-wit:
Th e plat of "Urch Subdivision" embraces
all of lots 3 and 4 , Eldon Acres , as
recorded in Volume 11 of Plats , page 86 ,
Records of King County, Washington
(Also known as Urch Subdivision, Renton,
King County , Washington)
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat , subject to
the ]aws and ordinances of the City of Renton.
