RESOLUTION N0. /(o.�
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain revenues
in excess of estimated revenues and surplus for the calendar year
1969 , consisting of released taxes, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate some
of such excess revenues into the belowmentioned fund for the
employment of special legal counsel and such expenditure being in
the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CIT� OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation, to-wit:
UNTO: Current Fund, Legal Department
Account No. 1130 , Maintenance �
and Operation (Contractual Services)
Account No. 314 $ �S ��% '
