WHEREA� it is necessary and advisable to transfer certain
funds as hereinbelbw stated and said transfer being necessary
and in the public interest and for �he public benefi� , NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR ANI} THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
