RESOLUTION NO. / �' 7�
. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR GR.ANT TO ACQUIRE
AND/OR DEVELOP LAND FOR OPEN-SPACE PURPOSES
NO. WASH-OSA-68(G) BY AND BETGVEEN THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AND THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The pending proposed Contract for Grant to Acquire
and/or Develop Land for Open-Space Purposes No. WASH-OSA-68(G) is
hereby in all respects approved.
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Renton,
Washington are hereby authorized and directed to execute Contract No.
WASH-OSA-68(G) in two (2) counterparts on behalf of the City of Renton,
Washington and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
impress and attest the official seal of th e Public Body on each such
counterpart and to forward such counterparts to the Department of
Housing and Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the Government
together with such other documents relative to the approval and execution
of such counterparts as may be required by the Government.
SECTION III. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
