WHEREAS it is necessary and in the public interest to
appropriate and transfer certain funds for the purpose of completing
the Civic Center Fountain and additional landscaping and such
expenditure being for the general benefit and welfare of the City,
NOW THEREFORE ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to appropriate and transfer the following amounts and in the following
manner, to-wit:
