RESOLUTION N0. �����
WHEREAS it is necessary for the below mentioned funds to
borrow certain sums pending receipt of tax collections �nei said transfers
to be and consti�ute loans and said transfers bein� i.n the public
interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby
effective September 30, 1969
authorized and directed to make the following transfer�, to-wit :
FROM: Waterworks Utility Fund $90 ,000 . 00
UNTO : Library Fund $40 ,000 . 00
Street Fund 50 ,000 . 00
and such transfer� to constitute loans , to bear interest at the rate of
3% per annum and to be repayable unto the Waterworks Utility Fund
not later than December 31, 1969 .
