� WHEREAS the Cit has received a Federal rant b and throu h

' the Washington Traffic Safety Commission in the sum of $6 ,824. 00 to
' be applied on City Project No. I.S . 69-301 (Identification and
Survei]l�nce of Accident Location P�ograms) and Project No. C.D. 69-2-001
(Traffic �ontrol Devices Program) , and
WHEREAS the City anticipates receiving additional grants for the
aforesaid purposes , and
WHEREAS it is advisable to set up specific funds as hereinbelow
set forth and to make disbursements therefrom for such purposes , NOW
THE RE FO RE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The above recitals and facts are hereby found to be
true and correct in all respects.
SECTION II: The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby
funds and
authorized and directed to establish the following�accounts , to-wit:
A. Traffic Safety - Identification and Surveillance of
Accident Location Program Fund #4100, Acct. 314
B. Traffic S�ety - Traffic Control Devices Program Fund #4200, Act. 314
and any and all payments and grants received from any other Governmental
agency for the aforedescribed purposes shall be placed into said funds
and disbursements therefor made as authorized by the City Council and
as further provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 3rd day of November, 1969 .
