WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer certain
funds as hereinbelow stated and said transfer being necessary and
in the public interest and for the public be.nefit, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
