with the City Council aad the City Planning Commission atui it appearing that the
preliminary pla t has heretofore been duly a pproved by the Planning Commission
after pub;ic hearing there�n as pr�vided by law on or about 0 etober 25� 1967.
APID 4:HEREAS aft�er due investigation the Planning Comcnission has coa-
sidered and recommended the approval ot said final plat and said matter having
come on f or review before the Planning Commission of the City of Renton at its
public hearing on or about March 13, 1968, and the City Council having duly
approved said final plat at its regular meeting on March 25, 1968� and such
anproval being deemed proper and advisa ble end in the public interest� NaW
