WHENEAS a ��'ion for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a
cert�in tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located t�ithin the
City of Renton, has heretofore been presented to and filed with the City Council and
the City Planning Commission and it appearing that the preliminary plat has heretofore
been duly approved by the Planning Commi.ssion after public hearing thereon as provided
by lata:
AND ti�IEREt1S after due investigation the Planning Commission has considered and
� recommended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for review
before the Plannin� t,ommission of the City of I�enton at its public hearing on or about
March 27, 1968, and the City Council hG.ving duly approved said final plat at its re�u].a.r
meeting on April 8, 1968, and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the
public interest, NCArT THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submi.tted and approved by the Pl,anning

THIS plat, of Victoria Park No. 3 embraces porti.� o� the northwest 4 of
section 29 and the northest � o£ Section 3b, Totrnship 23 north, Range 5
East, W.M. described as follotrs:
Be�innin� at the southtaest corner of Lot No. 3 as shown on the plat of
Victoria Park No. 2 recorded in Volume 83 of Plats, page 29, records of King
County, Zdashington; thence along the southerly bounda.ry of said plat the
