WHEREAS, the City of Renton has received certain revenues in its Urban
:r�erial Fuad and Current Fund in excess of the estimated revenues aad surplus ia said
:unds, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to expend a portion thereof as
hereinbelow stated, includLag the cost of demolishiag the old library building located
ia Liberty Park and such expenditures being necessary aud ia the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THERBFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THB CITY WDNCIL OF THE CITY aF RENTON,
WAS�iINGTON, AS FOI�LOWS:
SECTION I: There ia hereby appropriated and eransferred from such exeess

above transfers aad appropriatioas.
