E�ereas it has been the policy and will continue to be the policy of the City
of �tenton to use its best efforts f or providing equal opportunity to all of its citiaens
in the field of housing, eu�ploy�aent� education, public accocmodations and facilities
without re�ard to race, creed, color, religion, nationel orioin and ancestry, and whereas
