ORDINANCE NO. 4152
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AMENDING
THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL PUBLIC WORKS
CONSTRUCTION 1988 EDITION BY ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO
DIVISION ONE THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: 1988 APWA Amendments to Division One of the 1988
WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications of which one printed copy in book
form has heretofore been filed and is now on file in the office of
the City and made available for examination by the public, is hereby
adopted as part of the Standard Specifications for Municipal Public
Works Construction by the City of Renton.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after its publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 2nd day of May, 1988 .
