ORDINANCE NO. 415� . .
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESCINDING ORDINANCE N0.4145 AND TERMINATING
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0.334.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Renton passed Ordinance
!"� No.4145 approving the construction and installation of roadways and

� associated improvements located near N.E. 44th Street and Lake
� Washington Boulevard in Renton, King County, Washington, and
�
� WHEREAS the owners of property representing more than 60� of
� the anticipated assessments under said LID protested that LID, and
WHEREAS pursuant to RCW 35 . 43 . 180, receipt of protests greater
than 60� restrains the city from proceeding with the LID.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : Ordinance No. 4145 is hereby rescinded.
SECTION II : Local Improvement District No. 334 of the City of
Renton, Washington, is terminated, the boundaries of such Local
Improvement District being described as follows :
See Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth.
