WH�RrAS a Petition has been f iled with the City Clerk of the City of
Renton on or about Jpril 10, 1968 petitioning for the vacation of an alley aa
hereineFter more p�rticularly described and said Petition having been signed by
the awners of more than two-thirds of the property owners ebutting upon said alley
sought to be vacated� sane being deacribed as follows:
Alley in Block 2. Smithers 6th l,ddition, according to plat
recorded in Volume 26 of plats, pa�e 47� records of Kfng County.

as the time and place when the 8toresaid Petition for vaeating the ateresaid alley
ahall be heard and determined.

of said time and hearing as provided by law. 8nd any snd alI persons intereated therein
or objecting to said va�ation may then appear and be heard thereon, or they ma y f ile
their written objections thereto with the City Clerk prior to or at ths time of the
heering on said vacation, The City Coancil shall determine. nt or prior to any auch
public hearing� as to whether an appraisal shall be secured to determine the fafz
marke� valuo of the property eought to be vacated as provided for in OrdinBnce No. 2349
snd the City may Iikewise retain an easement for public utility end related purposes.
