WHBREAS a petitioa for the approval of a fi�ai plat for the subdiviaioa of
a cer�aia tract of land ms hereinafter more particctlariy described, located within
;:he City o€ Rentoa, has heretofore been preseuted to and filed with the CiCy
Counci2 aad the City Pianning Commission aad it appearing thaC the preliminary plat
haa heretofore been duly approved by the Planai�ng Cvmmission after public heariag
thereoa as provided by law; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the PlaY►aiag Commission has considered
and recoa�►ended the approval of said final plat and said mater having come on for
review before the Planaing Commission of the City of Reaton at its publie hearing
on or about June 26, 1968, and the City Council having duly approved said fiaal
plat at its regular meeting ou July 8, 1968, and such approval being deemed proper
aud advisable and in the public interest, �iBW THEREF�E

SSCTION I: The final plat heretofore eubmitted a�d approved bq the
Planaing Commission, pertaining to the following described real estate, to-wit:
1'his plat of "InLerlake No. 2" Addition to the City of Reaton, Ir.ing �
County, Washingtoa comprises that portion of Tracts 262 and 273 of
C. D. Hillman's Lake Washiagton Garden of Sdea Additioa to 3eattle,
Division No. 4 as recorded in V,lume 11 of Plats, page 82, records ,
of King County, Washiagton described as follows: Beginn�i� at the
