WHERF�IS the City of Rentan h8s heretofore adopted a Comprehensive Six Year
Street Program pursuant to Chapter 295 of the 1961 Session Laws, b�t,fch Program has
heretofore been amended from time to time, efter public hearing thereon, and
WHER�AS the Citq, by a nd through its City Engineer and Traff ic Eng ineer
have heretofore proposed certain revieions� modifications end amendment to ssid Six
Year Comprehensive Program, and keeping in mind the proviaions of Chapter 83 of the
Extraordinary Session Lews of 1967, perticular reference bei.ng made to RC67 35.77.OI0,
and
WNEREAS e public hearing has been held on s$id proposed revisions, modif ic^-
tions, and a�endments pursnant to publie notice published end posted as required by
law� and aueh hearing having been held on July 15 , 1968, in the Council Chambers of
the City of Renton, at 8s00 P,M.� and all parties having been heard in support there��
