is no lenger needed tor any public use or purpose and there is no leresee$bl�
need or requirement f�r said machine. The City'a Utility Director is hereby
authoriaed and directed to secure an appr�isal of said m�chiae and to diaposs
and sell same on the best terms availabh to the City but not lesa th�n that lixed
by appraisal. �,
