RESOLUTION N0. �.�
WI�REAS the City of Renton in its Waterworks Fund, has received
certain revenues in excess of estimated revenues and surplus for the calendar
year 1968, and
Wf�RF,AS it is deemed necessary and advisable to appropriate a
portion of said excess revenues unto the below mentioned fund for the purpose
of pa.yir� for the City's participation in Loca1 Improvement District No. 258,
and such expenditure being in the public interest and for the public benefit,
NOW TI�REFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY TI� MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF T!� CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
, SECTION I: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to provide
for the following transfer and appropriation, to-wit:
FRi�M: WATERWORKS EUND, EXCESS REVENUES $5,617.78
UNTO: WATERWORKS UTILITY 1.820-605 $5,617.78
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 9th day of Decernber, 1968.
