� RE�OLUTION N0. ��f� ,
WHEREAS the City of Rentan has received cer�ain revenues in
excess af estimated reve�ues and surplus for �he calendar year 1968
and such payments having been received from the S�ate Urban Ar-terial
Baard, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate said
excess revenues unto the below mentioned Urban Ar�erial Fund in order
to meet certain expenditures in connection with Arterial Street
improvements , namely Nar�h Third and North Fourth S�reets , and such
expenditures being in the public interest and for the publie benefit,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I
RENTON, WASHINGTON, as follaws: �
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide far the fallocaing transfer and appropriation, to-wit : '
UNTO : Urban Ar�erial Fund No .7800,
