WHEREAS it is necessary and in the public interest to advance certain funds to
the beloumentioned Fund pending receipt of tax monies, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Clerk andthe City Treasurer are hereby authorized to
transfer the sum of $20,000.00 unto the Library Fund from Cumulative Reserve Fund No.
1094, said transfer to constitute a loan to said Library Fund, bearing interest at the
rate of 4V, per annum and to be repaid in any event not later than ', 1965.
