WHEREAS the City of Renton has received in its current fund revenue in
excess of the estimated revenues, and
WHEREAS a portion of said excess revenues is needed to pay certain
obligations of the City, to-wit: For proper sanitation and upkeep of City property,
and such expenditure being necessary and required and being in the public interest
and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTOIT AS FOLLOWS:
Section l :There is hereby transferred and appropriated from excess revenues in
the current fund unto the Street Cleaning Fund, Account Ito. 3250, Capital Outlay 606,E
the sum of $600.00. The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to make the necessary transfer as specified.
