BE IT RESOLVED BY TSE MAYOR AND TH� CSTY COUNCIL OF 'PHE CSTY OF r�i�•ivi+r
AS FOISAWS:
SECTION I: The City Treasurer is hereby �uthorized and directed to
transfer the sum of EIGflTEEN 7.'HOUSAND FNE iLUtVLtSl;L DOLLARS ($18,500.00) from the
"Cede�r River Acquisition Fund" u.nto the Cumulative Reserve F'und No. 1698, which
transfer shall constitute a.nd be treated as a loan to be repaid by said Cumulative
Reserve Fund not later than December 31, 1960, and such loan to bear interest at the
rate of �' per cent ( �). �
