�,i�t�.45 the City of Renton� a municipal corporation, has heretofore
passed and a�proved under date of May 19� 1959 its Resolution No. 1002, and
fUrther passed and approved under date of October 27� 1959, its Resolution No.
1017� relative to the acquisition and transfer of the assets and properties of
King Cocuity Water District �do. 62 (Earlington Tr�ater District), and
WHEREAS it has been determined that a small portion of said Kin� Cnunt,y
�r�ater D�,strict IJo. 62 does not 1ie sole�r or completely within the Git� Limits of
the City of Renton but lies outside of sa?d City Limits, particular reference
being made to the plat of R. L. Haddock Addition to Earlington and
WI�RF_AS the City is read�r� willing and able to serve in all respects
that small area lyin� outside the present City Limits of the City of Renton� I

AS FOLLQi���:
1. It is hereby found and determined that the a bove recitals are true
and correct in all respects and that the p�pose of this resolution is to give I
proper assurance and commitment that the City will and is ready� willing and I
able to serve that certain small area� knoVm as the R. L. Haddock Addition to
Earling�Gon, �,rhich is presently stiZl located outside the preNent boundaries of
the City of Renton.
2. The City hereb� re-affi.rms all matters set f orth in said Resolutions
No.1002 and No. 1017 and same are hereby incorporated �-�erein as if fu.11� set
forth, which �aid obliff ations on the part of the City shall likewise apply and
include the aforedescribed area presently Zocated outside the City Zimits of
Renton.
