Renton on d��ly 26, 1960, a certain "Petition for Realignment of King Count�r
Road 2do. 80 and Black 8iver Channel (No�ss So�et3mes Called Edward� Street�" had
been sub�nitted to �he City Ccunci3. which petition� among others� requests the
vacat3on of certain portions of streets �r3.thin the City of Renton and
WI�REAS it appears that said Petition fi,o vacate is signed. by the
owners of a�ore than two-thirds of the private prope�ty abutting upon the part
of' such street sought to be vacated a2ad the City Eng�neer of the City of i�enton
hawl.ng duly inv�estigated said Petition and v�erified the legal description of
the areas sought to be vacated, and it be3ng dee�d advisable �o fix a date
