WAEi2EAS at the regular meeting of the City Council of the CITX OF
RIIdTON on August 9, 1960, a certain "Petition for Vacation of a Portion of
the Street tcnown as South 132nd Street" had been submitted to the City Council,
which Petition was dnly read a� said 'Caeeting and
WHER�AS it appears that said Petifiion to Vacate is signed by the
owners of more than two-thi�ds of the pri�ate property abufiting upon the part af
' such portionsof the street to be vacated and the Citq Engineer of the CITY OF
�EN�'UN having duly investigated said Petitio� and verif ied the legal description
b e t f i�c a date €or
of the area so to be vacated, a�d it being desmed advisa 1 0
h�aring on said Petition; NOW TA�3REFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR ANI? TH� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Citp Council of the CITY OF RENT�N dc>es hereby f ix and deter-
mine the bth day o£ September, 1960 at 8:40 P.M. in the Council Chambers of
the CITY OF RFNTON to be the tiune and place for the hearing on said Petition to
Vacate the f ollowing described portion of street:
That portion of South 132nd Street iocated between 90th Avenne
6outh and 91st A�v�enue South.
and .the City Clerk oF the CITY OF RENZ'�N is herebq suthorized and directed to
post the notices ss reqnired by law so that same shall be posted at least
twenty (20) days prior to the af oresaid hearing date, j
