WH�REAS one o� our local youth, to-wit HARRY LAMBRO, has been recognized in
our cc�mmunitq and nationally as an outstanding athlete and who has thus brought
recognition and wide attention to his activities and to the CITY � R�NTON and
WH�tEAS, it is deemed appropriate and proper to give recognition to such I�
activities and commend such HARRY IAMBRO f or his outstanding achievement in the 'I
athletic field, II
