gECTIQN I: '�he City Treasurer is hereby autharized and directed to transfer
the sum of Twelee_Thousand Seven Hundred Fi.f ty Dollars ($12,'750.00) fram the "Cedar
River Park Acquisition Fund" unto the "City Stree� Department Fund, Canstruction
Division, Accaunt No. �t�37.1" which transfer shall constittzte and be treate� as a
laan to said Street Fund at�d such loan to be repaid not later than December 32, 1961 ,
su�ch 1 oan to bear interest at the rate o� �m.
