A RESOLUTION �UTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASES FROM CITX OF
RENTON TO FEDERAL AVIATION AGENCY OF AIRPORT CONTROL TOWER
ROOMS AND OF REMOTE TRANSMITTER SITE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITX COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:

of an airport control tower and has negotiated a lease of said tower premises to
the Federal Aviation Agency, and has also negotiated a lease to said Federal
Aviation Agency of a site for remote transmitter, all being locatad upon the Renton
Municipal Airport in the City of Renton, Washington, now therefore:
SECTION 1: It is resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Renton be and are authorized and directed to execute and attest that certain proposed
written lease between City of Renton as Lessor and United States of ,�merica as
Lessee providing for leasing by the Lessee of 1884 square feet of floor space in
the €1ir Traffic Control Tower Building at the Renton Municipal Airport, in the
manner and for the time and upon the terms stated in said proposed lease instrument
bearing date �pril 18, 1961; and to affix the official City seal thereto.
SECTION 2. It is resolved that the Mayor and the City 61erk of the City of
Renton be and are authori�d and directed to execute and attest that certain proposed�

written lease instrument between City of Renton as Lessor and United States of
America as Lessee providing for leasing by the Lessee of a parcel of land 50' x �00'
within the Renton Municipal ,�irport, particularly described in said lease, as a
site for construction and operation of an airport remote transmitter, to be used
in connection with the Renton Airport �raffic Control Tower, in the manner and for
the time and upon the terms stated in sai�l proposed lease instrument bearing date
February -1, 1961; and to affix the official City seal thereto.
