OF RII�tTON on or about Juna 6� 1961, petitioning the vacation of a portion of a
certain street as hereinafter more particu].axly describeda said peti�ion being
si�ed by the o�ers of more than two-thirds of the property abutting upon
that portion of the street sought to be vaca�ed� same being deseribed as follows:

Washington, be and it is hereby fixed as the time ar�d -8he place when the afore-
said petition for vaca.ting portion of the above described street shall be heard.

The City Clerk is hereby authorized and d3.rect�ed to give notice of
s�.d time and hearing as provided by la.w; and any and all persons interested
there3.n or object�.ng -�o sa3.d vacation may then appear and be heard thereon, or
they may file their written objections thereto w�.th �he City Clerk prior to the
hearing on said vacation. �he CITY OF RENTON a1.so reserves the right to re�,ain
an easement for utility and o°tdzer purposes within said street sought to be
vacated,
