WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdiv:i.sion of
a certai.n. traet of land located within the city limits of the City of Renton as here- �
inafter more particular described, has heretofore been presented to and f31ed with '
the City Council and the City Planning Commi.ssion and it appearing that tlze prelirru.nary
