WHEREAS the Ciey of Renton, a municipal corporation under the laws an3
statutes of the State of Washington has heretofore passed and approved its Resolution �
No. /�� �, � relative to the execution of a cer�;. in "Grant Agreement" with the Federal
Aviation Agency, an agency of the United States Government, and i

WHEREAS the Federal Aviation Agency has now submitted unto the City of Reaton
a certain "�nendment No. 1 �o Grant Agreement" as hereinafter more particularly described,
and
WfiEREAS �he City of Renton is ready and wiiling to accept and execute said
,�mendment and such acceptance and execution having been apgroved by the Renton Aviation
Board, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLV�D BY THE MAY�R AND THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF RENTON, AS
FOLLOWS: I
Section 1; That certain °'Amendment No, 1 to Grant Agreenent" heretofore
submitted unto the City by the Federal Aviation Agency is hereby set out in full in this
Resolution, to-wit;
" AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT
Renton Municipal Airport
City of Renton, Washington
Projeet No. 9-45-030-6103

WHEREAS, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Agency (hereinafter
called the "Administrator"), has determined that, in the interest of
the United States, the Grant Agreement relating to the above numbered
project between the United States and the City of Renton, Washiagton, '
�hereinafter ca3.led �he "Sponsor"), accepted by the Sponsor on
September 6, 1960, should be aarended as hereinafter provided:
°: NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: II
_ That in consideration of the benefits to acerue to the parties hereto, I
the Administrator, acting for and on behalf of the tTnited States on
the one part, and the City of Renton, Washington, on the other part, do
hereby mutually agree that the said Grant Agreement be and hereby is
amended bq increasing the maximum obligation of the United States payable
, under said Grant Agreement as set forth in Item I on Page 2 of said
Grant Agreement, from $54,225.00 to $54,636.45
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to said � 'I
