; has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Cammission of the City of Renton and
! a public hea.ring having been held thereon an December 12, 1961, nptice therefore havfng
,� been duly pub2ished and pested as provided by law, and
� WHEREAS there were no written or aral abjectioz�s to the comprehensive street

� program as prepared by the City Engineer; N4W THEREF�RE

M� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE GITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' pF RENTpN, AS

Section I: The comprehensive ��re�t. program fc�rc�the. ensuing six years, as

� evidencsd by the Exhibi� "A" attached hereto and made a part h�reof as if fully set
forth herein, be and the same is l�ereby adopCed and rati�ied in all respecCs and said
� program is hereby adopted as the City's comprehensive street program.

� Section Ii: The City Clerk and. the City Engineer are hereby authorized and
�� directed to file said comprehensive plan with �he Director of Highways priar to January 7.,
62 to ether with a co of �his Resolution.
