WHEREAS the belowmentioned DeparCment Funds of the City of REnton have been
required to meet certain obligaCions and expenditures which were not foreseeable at
' the time of the adopEion of the 1961 Budget, and

� WHERE.AS it is necessary for the proper administration, operation and maintenance
�" of the City and said Departments to transfer funds between general classes as provided
; for in Chapter 322 of the 1955 Session Laws, as amended by Chapter 166 ot the 1961 Session
Laws, and said transfers being in the public interest, and for the public benefit, NOW
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS:
