FOLLOWS:
Section I; The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are lseby authorized and

directed to transfer, as a loan on1y, the sum of $3,000.00 from the Cedar River .Park
' Acquisition fund unto the .Renton Municipal Airport Tower Control Fund, and such loan
