� WI�REAS, St. ��atthew Lutheran Church of Renton, Washing�on, has heretofore

submitted its petition under date of April 6� 1962 requesting the City Council of the
City of Renton to vacate portion of a cert.ai.n street which petition has been signed
by the owners of more than two-thirds o� tne private property abu�tting on such portion
of street;and,
� WH�RE�S, it is advisable to f� a ti� when such petition shall be heard and
determi.ned,
NUrJ TIiEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE �I`rY COUNCI�, OF `l'HE CITY OF RENTOPJ AS
FOLI,CJGiTS:
That the fourteen-th (1.1.�) day of P��ay, 1962 is hereby fixed and determined
as the day of hearing on the aforementioned petition which matter shall be heard at
the hour of eight (8) otc2ock p.m. in the Council cYiambers of tY� City of Renton at
which time aZl persons may be heaxd on said matter. The City Clerk is hereby authoriz-
ed and directed to give notice of said hearing as provided by law. I
