B� IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI TY OF RENTOn,
AS FOZLOWS:
SFsCTION I: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are herebq authorized
and directed to transfer the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the
Cedar River Park Acquisition Fund unto the Wa�e���-Depa��nez►t;Fnnd and said transEer
to constitute a loan to said Utilities Department to be repaid not later than
ninety (90) days from date hereof and said loan to bear interest at the rate of �
f our and one-raZf per cent {4�0). Such loan being necessary to provide f or in-
stallation and repairs f or the benef it of public health and sanitation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 14th day of May, 1962.
