RESOLUTION N0. lf� /
WHEREAS the Board of Trustees of the Renton Library has heretofore requested,
in writing, that the City Council autharize the establishment ef a Petty Cash
Fund for said library, and
WHEREAS such fund is necessary and proper for the payment of minor items
as hereaf ter set forth, 130W THEREFORE
BE IT AESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI3R OF RENTON, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1; The Board of Trustees of the Rentoa Library is hereby
authorized and directed to establish a Petty Cash Fund not to exceed Fifteen ($15.00)
Dollars at anq one time fram funds, duly appropriated, and snch Petty Cash Fund to be
used for the purpose, among others, of purchase of stamps, other postage, small items
for display purposes and cleaning materials for use in the building and to contents.
