RESOLUTION ���
Z��tEA.S The Housing Authority of the City� of Renton has heretofox�e�a�sed
the City of the need to improve, including the graveling and black topping; of; a
certain area at or near the vicinity of the Renton Hi�hlands Adm-i.nistration Building
and,
1,�RE(�S the Housing Authority is holding sufficient iunds on hand to
expend for certain purposes and the City of Renton being desirous of havi.ng said I
improvements comple-�ed therefrom, ,

SECTIOV I: The above recitals are hereby found to be true and correc-t.
The Housing Autnority of the City of Renton is hereby requested to provide and pay
for the irrzprovement including black topping at and near the Highlands Administration
Building in compliance with the plans and specifications to be prepared and submittied
by the City Enoineer. The anticipated cost should not exceed the sum of $$8,000.00.
SECTIOiJ II: The City Engineer is hereby authorized and clirected to prepare
the necessar�r plans and specifications and submit same to the Housing Authority and
the City Counc�.l as soon as possibl.e. The City Engineer should further provide the
necessary supervision for said job, Upon -�he preparation of plans and specifications
the Housing Authority' is authorized to proceed witn such improvement as provided by
law and thereaftier submit to the City an itemization of -�he cost of such ir�rovem_ent.
