BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF RENZ�ON,
AS FOLLCJWS:
SECTTON 2: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are h�ereby authorized
and directed to transfer, as a loan, the sum of Fiftq Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00)
from the Setaer Fund unto G]ater �und and said transfer to constitute s loan to said
Fund to be repaid not later than /a m� from date hereof and said loan to
bear interest at the rate of four and one—half per cent (�2%). Said loan shall
be used toward the repayment of a loan made heretofore to the Water Department
by the Cedar River Park Acquisition Fund.
