WH�EA� the Current Fund of the City of Renton has received revenues in
excess of the estimated revenues as specified in the City�s annual budget �or the
year 1962, ar:ising out of the paym�nt of interest on a certain e�ess Zevy� and
whereas such excess revenues are required to m.eet certain obligations and expenditures
of the Ci�y and the bel.ow mentioned Departmen� and fund which could not be foreseeable
at the tirr�e of the adoption of the 1962 budget and such appropriation and expenditure
being necessary and required and being in the public interest anci for the pub�.ic �rel-
